Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Francisco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

amazing crepe cakes with so many flavor options. thereβs also a ton of seating in the back with large tables and an outdoor patio. the cakes are not too sweet and have an amazing texture! we love the tiramisu, passion fruit, and hazelnut flavors

This is my favorite dessert spot in the Bay Area! I love all of their crepe cakes and Basque cheesecakes, but my absolute favorite is the Corn Basque Cheesecake. Itβs so unique and delicious! Their drinks are great too. Another thing I love is that theyβre open until 9 PM, which makes it a perfect place to stop by after dinner. The cafΓ© is also very spacious, and Iβve always been able to find a seat whenever Iβve visited. Definitely one of my favorite places, and I hope more people discover it! (At the same time, I kind of want to gatekeep it. π)

Lots of seating, the earl grey crepe cake was sooooo good but a little too floral for me. Planning to come back and try other flavors, I love that there are so many Asian inspired ones. Iβm really sad this was so good because itβs super worth the $12-14 per cake :β)

I came in with my sis after seeing good reviews about the place and wanting to try their basque cheesecake. They have lots of cool flavors to choose from, including plenty of asian flavors. They specialize in crepe cakes too, and everything looks tasty. I ended up ordering the matcha strawberry basque cheesecake slice and it was delicious! They really nailed every part of the cake and it was so rich, creamy, and the crust buttery! This cheesecake slice was on the sweeter side, which I personally like. Atmosphere is very cozy, and the insideβs clean with nice decor. Staff are also friendly! Thereβs a cute outdoor area to eat too if thatβs your style. For sure worth the try- and I will be back next time Iβm in SF!

very cute dessert shop in a bustling area! me and my friends went in for the crepe cakes and drinks and it was a nice place to sit down and talk to friends. i will say that their prices are a bit on the pricy end for crepe cakes ($12 for one piece), but ended up being more filling than we expected for our drinks, we recommend the passionfruit refresher the most. it zaps you a bit with itβs fizziness and is tasty. the pineapple guava paradise was okay, and we didnβt really like the thai tea w/ lemonade. for cakes, we recommend the pandan coconut mille crepe cake. very flavorful and yummy! the tiramisu is standard tiramisu and i had looked forward to the earl grey, but it was the least flavorful of them all and very light in flavor. the atmosphere is very nice as you can be seated near the window, inside, or at their outside garden & itβs nice for pictures! overall, would recommend but would probably try out some other cafes next time
